Service counts! This is the reason why LUTRO has early established an area-wide, emergency service for all customers, which can be reached by phone.

 

By choosing a LUTRO product you make sure that you will get the product of a market leader, meeting the highest standards and that, in the event of an emergency, a qualified member of our service staff will be there for you – 24 hours a day.

Your call will be put through to a LUTRO service technician who will take all efforts to correct the malfunctions or to coordinate the necessary steps.



Maintenance request

Please simply chose your preferred day for the maintenance of your LUTRO plant. After receipt of your request we will reserve this date for you and confirm it by phone. Please state your direct int’l phone number! 




LUTRO Service agreements

With a LUTRO service agreement containing additional, tailor-made provisions meeting your specific needs, we make sure that your plants are always properly serviced. This increases availability and saves you from unpleasant surprises.

 

Additional provisions cover for instance regularly appearing service and maintenance duties or user-specific service risks. A broad variety of different services, starting from individualized filter-services up to the protection of your plant from vandalism - LUTRO Service agreements provides our customers with a wide scope to meet their specific needs.
